Whether you have dietary restrictions, special requests, or simply want to indulge in a gourmet meal without lifting a finger, our chef is here to make your culinary dreams a reality. Just inquire if you have any questions or would like to make arrangements. We're here to ensure your stay at our Kabin's nothing short of extraordinary!

SAMPLE MENU

The cost per person up to 5 guest is $130 

6 - 10 will be $120 per person

All groups will be subject to appropriate gratuities

Each group will be provided with a selection of starters, main course and desserts. Groups will pick the same menu unless there are dietary or food intolerances which we can sort out prior to the event.

All groups will start with a charcuterie board consisting of cured meats, selection of fine cheeses, crackers, olives and other light finger foods.

Starters

Grilled Caesar salad

My famous pickle soup

Heritage green salad with a balsamic vinaigrette

Pickerel ceviche with toasted French baguette

Pan seared scallops with a cardamom sweet potato puree

Jumbo shrimp cocktail with a mango salsa

Lamb spoodooch with a mushroom and lemon risotto

Main course

5 oz wagyu beef with black truffle and mushroom Demi

Roasted new potatoes and seasonal veg

Alaskan chicken, A breast of chicken stuffed with a dill cream cheese and smoked salmon lightly breaded and baked served with a white wine Demi, rice pilaf and seasonal veg

Pan seared pickerel with a sauce veronique, served with wild rice and seasonal veg

Medley of seafood linguine in a rich Italian marinara sauce. Served with garlic toast

6 oz French cut pork chop stuffed with apples and raisins pan seared and served with a pan gravy, mashed potatoes and seasonal veg

Desserts 

Cream brûlée ( multiple flavours to be decided by customer )

Homemade apple pie and vanilla ice cream

French Canadian sugar pie served with whipped cream

Cheesecake ( flavour to be determined by customer )

Strawberry rhubarb pie with vanilla ice cream
